    I’ve been a long time fan of Xbox since day one I’ve bougnt and supported every system they released and I’ve had enough. I bought the Xbox one elite controller paid 150 for it and it broke in six months, then I just bought the Xbox one x and within two
    weeks that controller broke. If that’s not bad enough the toxicity of the online community has ruined it for me. I try to play nhl 18 and I constantly get hate mail, and the one time I respond to someone’s I get suspended. I’ve been on XBLsince day on end.
    I appealed the ban on principle and they upheld then ban. Of course I couldn’t find an email for them to air my Grievances with so I’m here. I will be selling my Xbox one x and getting a ps4 pro, I’m sure Sony treats long time supporters better

    Well said. Like you, I was disappointed and feel like the One was a step backward in some respects.

    Being a long term customer does not make you exempt from the rules.

    No one cares whether you get a PlayStation or not but be aware that the rules are the same over on PSN.

    Thanks for the feedback. I have been waiting to the the X1 and the more of these replies I read, the more I am glad I have waited. I think eventually the X1 will indeed be a great console, but it has a long way to go and a lot of updates before it reaches
    that objective.
