    Disaster with rs_xbox_release_2010.201004-1348


    Yesterday the Xbox was stuck for hours. After 6 hours it resetted and then worked again but the blue ray disk doesn't work. Works only if I unplug the cable so I can eject or insert a disk but after the system charge stop working. No eject no insert. How I can come back to a working So????

    Seriously a big disaster. And their lack of support for this issue, even worse of a disaster. To even get me started on their lack of communication, it would just be a train wreck of a disaster.

    Any of you guys get any promises of compensation for lost time?
