    Disappointed in Xbox


    Since my post about my VIP status was locked I decided that since I've spent over 2000$ on arcade games alone in the last 12 years I've been, not to mention the 200 I've spent in the last week since I received the Xbox one.

    I have more than earned my status and it's is a damn shame that your company doesn't feel any obligation to member states such as myself who you screwed but initiating a policy that's effectively offers no reward for long standing customers. Most of the
    games with gold are flops, or games that people show no interest in.

    I've spent plenty of my hard earned cash on your services, and after two weeks I can safely assure you that as a seasoned 360 veteran of 12 years I regret picking up this console. You have no regard for your customers, and your incentives are laughable if
    you think I'd be willing to spend another dime towards a service that says designed to deceptively rip off its customers in long term.

    Shame on you, and see you on the PS4!

    I'm new to Xbox and disappointed that this doesn't work. Not surprised but disappointed.
