    Disappearing gamerscore

    Logged into my profile on my xbox one today and noticed that my gamerscore is only reading out at 2140. It was previously well over 120000. I went to view my achievements and saw that all of my xbox 360 games said that i had 0%, whereas before i had 100%
    on most of them. My gamertag is . Thanks for any help you can give.

    Looking at games like GTA V,Halo 3,blur & AC:Black Flag on your profile it's safe to say you have had a Gamerscore reset for modded achievements.

    When this happens all xbox 360 games achievements are reset & you will not be able to unlock them again on that account.

    If you want to unlock any reset achievements legitimately then you would need to start a new account.

    Hi Spiffy,

    Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)

    its fixed! delete you profile (just the profile!) then delete your system cache (press y on your harddrive) and finally recover your profile!
