    Iiiiiiii donttttt wantttt to haveeeee a child account

    im 21 years old and im not a child i just accidentally created an young account and it switched to a child account and now im having soo many problems with this account and it crashes my gaming experience plz can anyone help me to change it to a normal account without deleting my informations? because my epicgames account is associated with my child account and it refuse me to log back in and play and it says you need to ask a parent or guardian but if i dont, it delete my aacount 27 days later. im getting crazyyyyyyyy with that please help me with this

    Unfortunately you cannot change the birthdate of your Xbox profile. You can change the birthdate of your Microsoft account (at https://account.microsoft.com/profile) but it does not change the Xbox profile birthdate.

    I created a parent account, however it only lets me edit the privacy settings of that account, not the child account. There is a disabled icon on the mouse cursor when I try clicking on the child account to edit privacy settings

    Why does the Gilded Hunter pack not appear in my child’s account?

    I have exactly the same issue. Created the adult account, and the child account underneath, but the packs including the vbucks etc are on the adult account. The X-Box is for the child, so why would the adult want the packs?

    There must be a way to disable the claim and move it to a different account??

    Do you know if your friend have some privacy settings disabled?

    Or if he is using a child account?

    Is your friend able to delete and create the realm? (Just to see if maybe they disabled something)

    Thats odd. It has done that for me when I've accidentally picked one of the other accounts on my console. Are you sure the child didnt use his imagination and create himself an account titled "guest" ? ... lol
