    Dirt 3 DLC isn't showing on Xbox One to download


    I can't redownload the VIP pass for Dirt 3. It will not show up on my Xbox One. Also when I go to purchase the other DLC pack it gives an error every time. It states that it can not be completed at this time. Yet the packs are up for purchase on the Xbox marketplace. I have no issues purchasing anything else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    We understand that you are trying to download the VIP Pass for DiRT 3 on your Xbox One and is unable to because it is not available. We look it up in the store and found out the reason why this VIP Pass is not available on Xbox One Microsoft Store. It is simply a DLC compatible with Xbox 360 and that is why it is only showing on Marketplace. Meanwhile, the game and DLC's version for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S can be seen on this page for your reference - Buy DiRT 3 | Xbox.

    What's the specific DLC you're trying to download for DiRT Showdown? If you already own the DLC, try these steps to check on the Xbox One console if you can download it.

    • From the Xbox One dashboard, scroll down the Home screen and select 'My games & apps'.
    • In the 'My games & apps' screen, highlight the DiRT Showdown tile and press the menu button on your Xbox One controller to select 'Manage game'.
    • From here, check the 'Ready to install' portion of the menu to see if the DLC shows up.

    Strange your DLC isn't showing up for you. Is it possible another account on your Xbox 360 purchased the DLC? If that's the case, only that account would be able to download the content on your Xbox One.
