DirectX "XAudio2.7 not installed" Problem Fortnite

I have been told by the Epic Games Team that it would be best to reach out to Microsoft for this problem. I have recently reset my pc (Hard Drive wasnt installing games and keeping all my personal Files) and although I had to reinstall all my games, I didnt think that a reset would create more problems. First of all, my applications like Steam, Epic Games Launcher, etc. have been non-responsive at random intervals. Second of all, the game "Fortnite" is not seeing an audio file needed by the names of "XAudio2.7" and "XAudio2.9". I have done my research and cannot find anything that can help me with this problem so I am currently at a stand still. I have already gone into the correct directory where those files are stored and to my surprise, they were there. All of my other games work and produce sound out of my sound system except for Fortnite. I can skip over the messages that pop up but sadly, I cannot hear sound and if I go into settings to change the output device, I cannot change it because it is stuck on one output device which is default (aka not my sound system). If your team could resolve these issues, that would be greatly appreciated!

Things I have tried:

Running a Sfc in Command Prompt

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game

Installed the audio files and replaced them and put them on my desktop

Verifying the game

Changing property settings

Updating my drivers/Updating Windows 11

Hi, a virus or deeper corruption is a possibility. And even more if you already tried resetting the PC via settings.

Please give it the tutorial shared above a try

Sometimes resetting the PC using windows settings doesn’t fix the problem if maybe the corruption in your system is deeper.

Checking the troubleshooting steps from your side, it seems that you already tried everything

In this case the best option is:
Go back to windows 10 or perform a custom installation for windows (in case you want to go back to 10 or reinstall 11)

I have possibly fixed the problem for the game at the moment since the audio is working but something isnt right on my computer. Whenever I open other games or applications such as Steam or Epic Games Launcher, they are most often seen as not responding. But with my games, its like my computer cannot handle it anymore (Which it can considering before the reset, I was having fun playing games without issue). The games will randomly freeze constantly whenever an action is preformed in the game it seems like. (Ex. Winning a match results in a freeze. Scoring a goal results in a freeze. Resetting position results in freezing). I may suspect something important in my computer is corrupt or it is the result of a virus or malware somehow.

Just so I can understand, you uninstalled and installed again the game or the DirectX? The DirectX you installed before is the same from the link I sent you?
