    Hello,

    I have been trying to play games for a pretty long time, some old some new.
    i've directx12,11 and even the older ones installed, without any errors yet, it shows error.

    DXGI_ERROR_UNAVAILABLE. it also shows that my GPU is NVIDIA 1650, but the driver is shown as 'not found', even though i downloaded the laterst GPU driver from NVIDIA Geforce Experience. (This was for FIFA 19)

    even for older games like COD MW Remastered, it shows DirectX reached an unprecedented error.

    Please help me for the same.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    Yes, my system has Windows 10 22H2 build as you asked me to check.

    Also, for further information, this is what I see when i run FIFA19 for example. This exact same prompt came when i tried running NFS The Run (both EA games coincidentally).

    At first I thought this might be just an error with EA games, but then i tried to run CoD MW Remastered, it shows me the same issue.

    Regarding my graphics drivers, I download them only from GeForce Experience, and all my drivers seem up to date. On the other hand, this does not happen with CS:GO.

    are you using a hp laptop, if so you could try a bios update to see if that resolves the issue, long shot but maybe worth a try. (Warning updating a bios is risky if it goes wrong, I take no responsibility if you choose to do so)

    as you are using a laptop, I see lots of reports that particular hardware configuration has been causing this issue for a very long time and it is apparently a hardware issue that cannot be easily rectified via software, i presume it is out of warranty now too.

    Hello Utkarsh, have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

    See which version of Windows 10 you have

    Updates are often seen as optional.

    Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

    Also try to make sure you don't have any antivirus or spyware that might conflict with your video card drivers.
