    DirectX 11 is not being installed on windows 10


    I've been experiencing a issue of DirectX As everyone knows DirectX is very important for games , but many games require DirectX 11 but in my laptop having windows 10 DirectX 11 is not being installed and DirectX 12 is not even supported which gets me difficult to play games. I tried many times to resolve this problem But it didn't. I also reinstall my windows several times to have DirectX 11 but every time it shows DirectX 12 .
    Now please someone Help me to get rid of this problem.

    Your laptop GPU likely only supports the features of DX11

    The software installed is DX12

    This is fine and nothing to worry about.

    Likely the games you are trying to play are too much for your laptop. Please check the system requirements

    No not without trouble that gpu is just an apu

    It relies more on the CPU for power and isn't really designed for modern games anything larrabee based

    If you want to play solitare or Android games powrr to you

    Best to stick to amd or nvidia as far as gpuss goes

    Well do you have a direct x 11 capable gpu? Without knowing your gpu and model it's hard to tell if the drivers won't update then you need to upgrade your devices /components
