    Directional control stop working correctly in Fifa 15


    I have been playing Fifa'15 on my Xbox 360 for 2 months without any problems.

    Suddenly since last week, the direction controls stop working correctly both during online/offline play. Passing/Shooting is not working in correct direction that I intend to.

    Please advise how to solve this problem. This is really blocking me to play Fifa'15

    No.

    FIFA 15 was the worst in the series for years, espcially online, it was pretty much broken and even offline things would never work properly. The offside rule didnt even work correctly in FIFA 15, if an attacker was offside but got back onside just before the ball was passed to them the game would still give them offiside, and it was never fixed for some reason.

    16 was a massive improvement.

    IR control not working correctly since 2/15 patch

    Before the patch my Xbox One was able to control my Samsung TV and my DirectTV DVR. Now it is not correctly controlling either. It will not turn them on or off and when I try to reset them up it will not change the channel in the setup procedure. This
    is clearly an issue with the patch since everything worked previously.

    FIFA15 stuck on "installing" (Digital copy)

    Hey there Big Daddy MM24!

    Sorry to hear about the installation issue, are you able to continue the installation when it says "installation stopped"? To do that, you will need to open Games & Apps and press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller while FIFA 15 is highlighted.
    I want to see if it will let you continue the installation, despite it saying the installation stopped.

    If that does not work, try Uninstalling and Reinstalling FIFA 15 again. Before you reinstall, do a power cycle. To power cycle, follow the steps below:

    • Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
    • When the console powers off, unplug the power cable from the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug everything back in and power on the Xbox One.
    • Reinstall FIFA 15 and verify if the issue is solved.

    Same issue for me too, picked up an old copy of FIFA 15 but gets to 92% then just shows as installation stopped.

    When you use the controller in other games does the controller work correctly (i.e. moving the player character right when you push right, or moving a cursor right when you press right and vice versa)?

    Is only FIFA 19 having that problem?

    Direct TV stopped working

    Mine did the same thing this morning. To get mine to work, I hit the reset button on the Directv DVR, and then I went over to my Xbox One and unplugged it for 15-20 seconds and then plugged it back in. After that it started working.

    I am seeing other posts with similar problems so its probably a glitch they are working on fixing.
