    i have an account that ive had for 15+ years.

    i cant get any access to the email anymore and it cant be recovered (i have tried many times)

    the account in question still has my subscription that im being charged for. i cannot get my account back and i cannot stop the subscription.

    i have raised the issue with my bank twice to no success,

    can anyone aid a solution or does anyone have a way i can contact Microsoft directly instead of talking to a bot constantly.

    Due to data protection and privacy policies, Microsoft can only assist with billing queries if you have access to the account. I'm afraid it is down to the bank to assist you with this, they are capable of stopping these charges; if they refuse, another option would be to cancel your existing card and ordering a new one.
