Dimmering the Xbox Button

Is it possible to add the ability to dim the the light of the Xbox button on the controller?

I'm used to play at night and at dark rooms and the light both from the console, when turned on, and the controller are too strong.

It would be cool if we can select the intensity of this light, mainly the controller.

You might consider a small piece of tape or if you are good with paint you could lightly paint over circle. This is a personal preference depending how you play if you are able to hold a controller lower or further away from where you are looking might
not notice the light.

If you own the elite v2 you can do it, on a normal controller you cant.

Hi santosmurilo, for what i know you can't do something like that but i love the idea. Great customization for the controller !

While this is actually a feature that's available on the Elite controller, I think that's a fantastic idea to bring the feature to the standard controllers.
