Digital version of red dead redemption 2 freezes and system hard resets

I'm sorry to hear RDR2 is crashing and causing the system to hard reset. I'd be happy to try and help. It's possible that maybe the last save corrupted the game or the console has a full cache.

Go ahead and hard reset the console manually and then power cycle it. Hold the power button on the console for about 10 seconds and after it shuts down, unplug the power cable for a few minutes. Plug it into the wall and try again.

If the issue persists, I recommend a
soft factory reset. This resets the operating system software while keeping your content saved to the hard drive. Just make sure to only do this if you know your account login information for sure as you will need to re-add it during the reset.

Firstly, the retail full version of Red Dead Redemption 2 on disc already includes Red Dead Online so unless you have transitioned to a digital only console, you wouldn't need to purchase it again.
Secondly, which digital version did you purchase? There is the full game Red Dead Redemption 2. There is also Red Dead Online, which is obviously the online part. And then there is Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode, which is just a DLC for Red Dead Online (owning Red Dead Online is required) which allows you to play the single player campaign.
Please check your purchase history to see which one you have purchased.

I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
correct, because i have it bought and my brother not.

Gta4 and Red Dead Redemption There's ways of freezing people, Gta4 you have to be a modder. Red Dead Redemption there's a way you can freeze people i doubt Rockstar knows about it there's only a few people on Rdr that know.
