Digital Rights to redeemed code disappeared

I reset the software on my Xbox One. I was prompted to do so because of issues with online chat and invites not showing up to friends. After resetting the software, I configured the Xbox One and logged onto my account. One of my DLC's for Destiny no longer
functioned.

I received a code for the Blacksmith shader for pre-ordering Advanced Warfare from Gamestop. I entered the code, all worked fine, and I have the code on my Destiny Characters. When I reset the software, the code stopped working. I read the help, it stated
to reinstall the software. I deleted the DLC, and attempted to reinstall the DLC. It now states, bundle only. I no longer have access to the shader.

I may seem like a small thing, but I purchased and used the shader since I got the pre-order. The code was accepted fine, and the shader was installed on my characters. The shader, when equipped, wouldn't change the shade and if you click on it in the
game, it just said purchase required.

I can find no way to show which codes have been redeemed as there was on the 360. I am *** out of the content, I actually paid $5 for (I eventually bought the game through the Xbox Store)? I would like my DLC restated if possible.

How to Redeem a Code on Xbox One - QR Code or 25 Character Code

Hey guys! Okay, so you need to figure out how to redeem codes on the Xbox One? Well, there are a few ways of doing this.

1.

• Login to Xbox.com (top right hand side)
• In the top bar, mouse over Xbox Live Gold
• You'll see 'Redeem Code' in the drop down list
• Click 'Redeem' and enter your 25 digit code!

If your code is a game or DLC, it will automatically start downloading once you login to your Xbox, unless you have your Xbox in standby, which will allow it to download right away!

• From the main page of the Xbox One dashboard, scroll to the right to the 'Games' section and select that section -or- If your Kinect is connected, say "Xbox, Use a Code"
• If you have a QR code (that square looking code thing), you can hold it up to your Kinect to redeem it.
• If you have a 25 digit code, in the lower left of the screen, you have the option to "enter the 25-character code." Click that and enter your code. Confirm your code and you're all set!

Your item will automatically download. Enjoy!

Redeemed codes do not appear in transaction history

I redeemed three codes in November 2013 and they are not appearing in my transaction history. 2 of the codes unlocked digital content that is still working fine but the content from the third code has disappeared from my console. The official support will
not help me because the three transactions do not appear in my history. is there some other way to view the redeemed code transactions?
