Digital redemption code for game

JPR_34 · Jun 5, 2020

I am a parent and do not have a lot of knowledge about Xbox One. My son received a digital redemption code for the new Minecraft Dungeons Hero edition from Best Buy. How do I redeem this code? On the Xbox One console? Or, do I need to log into Xbox.com
and redeem it there? If I need to redeem on the computer, why when the game is played on the console. Sorry for being so naive with this "basic" knowledge.

When you go to the Name Your Game website it should ask for your information and your redemption code. Your redemption code is where you should enter the code. I can't see anything that lists how long the code is supposed to be, so I'm not sure if it definitely
should be a 16 digit code or 25 digit code. If it's not working, you'll need to fill out the form at the bottom of the FAQ for assistance -

I've been receiving GTA5 500,000$ 5 times from y'all. But I haven't got the reward not once.

Hello! you can redeem it on xbox or pc. To do it on console, go to the store section and you'll find a redeem code option, select it and input the code. Here's a useful link https://support.xbox.com/help/Subscriptions-Billing/redeem-codes-gifting/redeem-prepaid-codes

Hey NamelessOne9080,

Did your Quantum Break bundle come with a redemption code for the digital version, or the disc? This promotion is exclusive the the digital version of the game, and not the disc based version. For more information on this, go ahead and check the
Quantum Break on Windows 10 FAQ. If it did come with a digital code, did you redeem the code on your main account?
