Digital purchase not working

Hi,

Thanks. I have done this and explained that they will be able to see that I havent played or installed this and I have screenshots to show it doesnt work/ download.

I have tried absolutely everything and looking through the forums I can see that this issue has been going on for 2 years now with no fix even though Microsoft have admitted the issue is from their end.

I have also reported the outage to microsoft as currently they are saying no issues with status anywhere.

Reply to the email you got, explaining in as much detail as you can why you want the refund. Microsoft might then refund you. If not, try clearing the Xbox 360 cache, as that might help with downloading the game. If you're not sure how to clear the cache, then follow the instructions on here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/xbox-360/console/clear-system-cache

Yes, it works, as do all Xbox 360 games, on disc or digital. The digital version was removed for digital purchase in 2018. This was because the licenses for the various real life aircraft expired.

The removal (delisting) of any game for digital purchase does not affect digital purchases before it was removed from sale (your game will still work), nor does it affect the disc versions.

Yeah I would have done the delete and reinstall in the first, these problems are usually broken DRM/Account validation issues. However I couldnt find anyway on XBOXONE to delete a game, or reinstall one. They havnt really provided any basic tools for storage
or application management, that I could find anyway.
