Digital promotion points not deposited

Hello,

I was told by your twitter account to make a new post here regarding points from the digital pre order promotion that ended on December 31st. I have yet to see them deposited, the only points I've seen are my vip points. My gamertag is .

Downloaded GOLD Membership, never got 800 points promised for signing up!!!

The points are never deposited right away. The promotion will probably end in a few days. After that its 6-8 weeks for the points to be deposited.

I have not recieved my reward points for pre-ordering Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition.

I am not aware of a recent promotion for only purchasing that title. There is a current promotion that offers 15,000 for pre-ordering 3 digital games on the eligible list (including Halo Wars 2) and if you are a US member there is a promotion for the PHYSICAL
disc for 15,000 if you pre-order from microsoftstore.com.

If you did do the 2nd one (physical disc from microsoftstore.com) those points are not deposited until 10-15 business days AFTER the title launches.

Well, its the 30th and no deposit. The support chat rep sent me here are you guys going to deposit my credits lol

It says it may not deposit until the promotion has ended the 50000 points from the holiday deal at microsoft store.
