    Digital Pre-Order Punchcard Question


    So, my question is fairly simple. I actually pre-ordered Tekken 7 digitally last month, and it's on this month's digital pre-order punchcard.. Will I still get credit for the pre-order even though I did it last month? Thanks!

    Buying 2nd digital copy as gift, does it count towards pre-order punches

    If I pre-order a digital copy of SW Battlefront 2: Elite Edition for myself, can I also pre-order the digital Standard Edition as a gift? Will this second purchase count towards my Pre-Order Punchcard?

    The Reward Program only rewards purchases made during promotional periods. So if you pre-ordered last month then that would have been before the current promotional period and therefore would not qualify for this promotion.

    Unfortunately, only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. If your purchase was made before the current Games on Demand offer, it would not be eligible.

    We do not remove punches from your punchcard. That is a completely valid punch, and a third punch from another pre-order will complete the punchcard.
