    Digital pre order promotion


    When should I expect to see credits from the digital pre order promotion that ended on Dec 31? Also do the credits stack? I had pre ordered 6 or 7 games and was wondering if I should expect 30000 instead of 15000?

    It seems as though Microsoft has stopped pushing for digital over physical games.

    The Microsoft Store(which only sells physical copies) often has pre-order promotions that are not available to digital pre-orders. One example, is the getting 15,000 rewards credits from pre-ordering any game that ships this holiday season. I don't understand why the the same promotion cannot be applied to digital purchases.

    I'm want to go all digital this generation because of the convenience, but should I revert back if even Microsoft themselves are giving bonuses to physical copies?

    Digital pre-order Fallout 4, I did not receive code for Fallout 3

    I purchased the digital pre-order for Fallout 4 on November 4, 2015 and have not received the code for the Fallout 3 free promotion.

    Digital pre order promotion

    The promotion is only for 15,000 reward credits so it does not stack. If you completed the punchcard then they should have been placed in your account and deposited by the end of the month. However, if 1 of the games was Resident Evil 7 those will not be
    deposited until 96 hours after the title launches.

    You can only complete the Games on Demand offer once. We see that you were awarded the Credits on October 21st, and they were deposited in the November 9th deposit cycle. You can confirm this from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page and your commerce page
    at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).

    It takes 96 hours for pre-orders to reflect on the website, and you must pre-order 3 titles to be eligible for the new promotion. Subsequently, you had to have pre-ordered the games during the promotional period in order to be eligible for the reward. If
    you pre-ordered prior to January 1st, 2017 then the pre-order is not eligible for the current promotion.

    This promotion was exclusive to digital pre-orders of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Since this was a physical disc purchase, any pre-order incentives would be up to the retailer you purchased from and would not qualify for the digital offer that was ran through
    the Xbox Store. Due to this, we're unfortunately unable to assist further.

    Doom I & II Digital Purchase Codes

    Hey Andyroo700,

    Unfortunately, if you purchased Doom after the release date, you will not qualify for this specific promotion. In order to receive Doom I and Doom II codes, you had to have pre-purchased the game before May 13, 2016 as this promotion was exclusive to digital
    pre-orders.
