    I purchased the digital pre-order for Fallout 4 on November 4, 2015 and have not received the code for the Fallout 3 free promotion.

    Hello Support,

    I pre-ordered Fallout 4 and did not receive my Fallout 3 code. I did pre-order fo4 last minute (earlier on Nov 10). My account information does state that my purchase was indeed a 'pre-order.'

    Where was the Fallout 3 code originally? Did you pre-order the digital version or physical disc version of Fallout 4?

    I am in the same boat! It says 7-10 days but is that from pre-order or from the 12th when backwards compatibility was released?? I just want to make sure I get it!

    Have not received Fallout 3 code

    I pre-ordered Fallout 4 and received it on it's respective launch date of November 10th, 2015. I pre-ordered my digital copy of Fallout 4 and put in my code for Fallout 4 around the eighth. I played it day one. Still haven't received my code for my copy
    of Fallout 3 for free. Please help! I got it from GameStop.
