    Never got gears of war4collection code. Preordered the digital GOW4U I got the fan code and thats it. I also posted in support because I don't know where to post this.

    Never got gears of war 4 collection code.

    Preordered the digital GOW4U I got the fan code and thats it. I spoke with Mark C through Microsoft support chat. He said to post my problem on here if I didn't receive the codes in 2days.

    No legacy Gears of war codes Since I redeemed GOW4 UE code

    I bought Xbox One S 2TB Console - Gears of War 4 Limited Edition Bundle from Amazon.co.uk and redeemed the code for GOW4UE but never
    received the ones for the legacy collection for Xbox 360. I was forwarded by MS customer service chat to this link in hopes of receiving my codes.

    Is it a 9 digit code or a 25 digit code? 9 digit codes are for microsoftstore.com. You would have to make the purchase there and it gives you the option to add a promo code during checkout. You would have to contact their customer support for issues with
    entering the code.

    25 digit codes are Xbox codes and would be redeemed to your account before you make a purchase.
    It's a 9 digit code. When I go the Microsoft store site and try to purchase it, it brings up the store app from windows 10. There is no place to enter the 9 digit code. only the 25 digit ones

    microsoft account alias rename not working

    I already get that 7 digit code. There is a second verification code that ops up. Verifying the new alias I'm trying to put it. It's a 4 digit code.

    The 7 digit code is for verifying it's me actually changing stuff. The 4 digit code is for veryifing my new alias. Which the 4 digit code part doesnt work. I'm sure that might be the last step it just doesnt work.

    That is not correct. The code is 20 digits, while the PC redeem codes are 25 digits.
