All of a sudden none of my games would work, after around about 12 hours on Microsoft chat sessions I was finally told to uninstall and re install all of my games. this has worked for me games I have discs for, however the 2 games I don't have discs for
are still not working when re installed.

Not Working

So how do I report this to Microsoft? The game has not worked since the last updates. I even uninstalled and re-installed to no avail.

Same problem using Surface Pro

Same problem. I do not have Zune Software. Yes, I uninstalled and re-installed the Music app from the store (March 18, 2013) and I still can't sync. I am able to log in to the account. The auto log in functions. However, it won't then sync any of my
cloud music.

Uninstall the games that won't transfer, re-install the games to the external HDD and then when you launch the game it will re-sync your progress with the cloud.

OK so i think its an issue with some game datas or a sync …

I suggest you to uninstall these games and then re-install them also check if your antivirus didn t block these games too

Some installation data is corrupt, so you have to uninstall the game and re-install it.

You might want to try uninstalling/reinstalling the game. Or if its a saved data corruption, delete your local game save and allow it to re sync with the cloud.
