Digital Games. This is not fair Microsoft

I went all digital this gen mostly because of the preloading. I preloaded Halo MCC as soon as it was possible so I can play I on Tuesday at midnight. The problem is: I have to wait till Tuesday to play it but all my friends who went retail will be playing
it by tomorrow. How is this fair? I know its the fault of the retailers who don't care about the release date but ***, it just sucks. You have to do first party titles release 5 days earlier or something. Or at least have a word with those retail stores. It
were a Swiss stores who sent their copies today. www.wog.ch and www.alcom.ch

Today i wanted to buy the new black ops 2 dlc called vengeance. I bought the ms pointscard with a total of 1200 mp. It says that you can buy a dlc of that. I inverted the code but I can't buy it now. I'm really really upset about this. I want my dlc, I paid
for it! XBOX, COME ON!! The dlc costs 1200 msp I bought 1200 msp and now it's not working THIS IS NOT FAIR!

 

retaillers who sell before official relaese are breaking their contracts and dont care, dont complain MS sticks to the rules while others break them.

 

I get it. But MS should do something about it. Talk to them or something. Preloaders are ment to be the very first to play the game and it sucks that in reality we are the last. I would ask for a refund and order it today from the retailer to have it tomorrow
but I don't think its gonna happen and I don't want to pay twice for the game.

 

These contracts are not between MS and retailler but between Publisher and retailler. this is an issue all plattforms are suffering on, the only ones capable of changing it is each Publisher for their own games.

 

That's why I said first party titles. Halo MCC is published by Microsoft
