Digital games stuck at queued and not downloading.

I just downloaded the newest preview program they came out with and when i try to download a game it goes to the queue and it doesnt actualy start it just stays queued. I tried pressing start on the game to select install now and it doesnt work. How do i
fix this?

Has anyone had issues while downloading? mines keeps going from queued to downloading and its stuck at %6

 

GTA 5 install frozen/stuck at 73%!!

Gta v game has taken 7 days to download from digital market and it's stuck at 97%! On the games and apps nothing is queued for download. It says its ready to play. What do i do?

 

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that works?

 

I'm experiencing the same issue. I turned off my Xbox and unplugged the power cord and still stuck on queued.

yeah im going through the same issue, must of started last night because i had started the killer instinct update last night expecting to play it when i got home :/ tried the usual fixes must be server end

 

Im having the same issue and nothing seems to fix it.

 

I'm getting the same problem, this has only happened within the last 5 hours, it was fine before that.

I also can't move anything from internal to external, it also goes into a queue and does nothing.

Side note: Have done all the normal stuff to try to fix it, cycled the power, signed in/out, disconnected from internet etc. None of those work.

 

I've had this problem in the past but I got a message saying the file is corrupt, and you need to uninstall it. Which is hard when its not instead or downloaded .

1.Change your power mode settings.

2. Power cycle console

3.Unplug your console(Not sure if really needed but worked for me)

4.plug back in

5. Turn on and it should install.

 

Yea, it happened to me a week ago when I installed the latest update of the preview program. I wasn't able to download games like halo wars 2 beta and update bo3. They just stood as queued. Please fix this and send us an update as soon as possible please!

 

I had the same problem. I added the doom beta after my updates were already stuck (from xbox.com) and it was in my queue with two game updates. they were all stuck for the past two days, but today when I cancelled the doom beta... my two updates started
downloading. might be something to try out. idk

 

This happened to me, I unplugged the console for about 10 minutes and started the console with no issue.

If you have any other issues with the update you are probably better off going to the preview program forum page also.
