Digital Games Missing

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

Well now it shows 20 more games but still gears of war 1 is missing. Also noticed that forza horizon 2 is also missing. And both games are digital and can be downloaded from the store.

Edit: forza motorsport 5 also missing

I reseted my xbox and missed a digital media game. the game code has expired q do?

Yes it will be available digitally, Currently there is a physical edition available which includes a digital token for the game, so it is in digital form. They would be missing out on too many sales not to have it available digitally I would think. It should
be available on the 12th at some point in the store.
