Digital games and apps will not load

Hello,

Okay so the night before this happened I believe my Xbox did a system update as I am part of the preview program and the home page was a little different. Now, my NBA 2k16 disc will play and so will DVDs (movies) but anything digital that is installed will
not do anything. There isn't even a noise when you click, say, Hulu or Netflix. If I click an uninstalled game that I have pinned it will take me to the store to reinstall the game. 99% of my games are digital and I only own one disc so that's as far as I
can test disc games.

What I have done thus far:

1. Called Xbox support and the rep walked me through a hard reset

2. Deleting and redownloading my profile mixed with hard resets

3. Deleted a couple of saved data caches under system settings, one was Blu Ray and the other was I think saved game data.

4. I was told to search "early access" on the forums and post in there as a preview program tester and post my problem. I did that which took me to a thread that is now locked where members were requesting access to early access forums.

She told me this is the last resort before going ahead and doing a system restore and redownloading everything. I also game share which I am under the impression upon a system restore that will reset the home xbox settings and I will be kicked out of game
share. I am aware that that can only be set up again once every 4 months and a couple of months ago we had to have a rep manually set us back up because of a user error in settings due to digital games not working.

Hey Drag151! Since you've already tried a reset of the console, you may want to give a

factory reset a shot. Try that and let me know how it goes!

Games and Apps will NOT load

Hello everyone!

I am kind of new to the Xbox One, I just bought one not even 6 months ago. Everything has been working fine until recently. I tried to access my Games and apps section to view my games, but it does not work. I have selected the "games" tab under the "Games
and apps" section, but it does not load. It sits there with the loading ring and it does nothing. It seems like it is trying to load my games in but it will just sit here with this ring until the xbox turns off from sitting idle for so long. I have tried hard
restarting it, and I unplugged it for 30 seconds as well, but nothing worked. I can still play the games I have, and that includes 2 that are digitally downloaded. But I can not access the list of installed games on my xbox. Has anyone ever heard of this? Or
does anyone know of a fix? Thank you so much in advance!!
