    Digital Game says I no longer own it.


    The game Age of Wonders: Planetfall I bought digitally back in september of 2019 when it came out and a week ago I tried playing it and it did thr notification of, "do you own this game or app" thing when I know I won it and it was installed with this account. I messed up thinking if I just uninstalled it and reinstalled it I'd be all good, but instead now I can't install it at all and it says I don't own it I even checked my order history which it's gone. I tried removing my account from my xbox and power cycling then putting my account back on my xbox which didn't work either so I don't know what to do. Please I really love this game. I still own all the DLC it just won't give me the game back.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues. If you purchased the game on your tag then try the steps listed below. Move to the next option if one doesn't work.

    1. Power cycle by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

    2. Delete the game and reinstall it.

    3. Factory reset the console (there is an option to keep installed games/apps)

    Hello! This is a bug that Microsoft said they will fix in 48 hours. It has affected A lot of people. But to let you know that they are working on it.

    I've had no luck with support either. I sent a message to the mojang site as well. Just wanna know if its not free anymore and if we have to re buy or if this is just a screw up

    Exactly!! I have my achievements and everything but it doesnt show that its mine, even though the console was literally the AC Unity edition
