Digital downloaded games wont load

i downloaded battlefield one the easter sail with all the expansion packs but when i try to play it shows the title/loading screen then switches to a black screen then freezes ive tried re installing deleting account hard reset everything. It does the same
thing with nba live 18. I downloaded for honor a few days before and it still works also please help

XBOX ONE DIGITAL GAME WONT LAUNCH

yea so i just downloaded NFSR and Battlefield. and neither are loading up. goes through the whole start process, and then wont load anything. also my previous digital games like madden and AC U wont load my data either been like this for 1 week now........!!!!!!!

subscriptions page?

GUNNER 26: Are your games on disc or are they digital downloads?

If your games are on disc the xbox will download the patch in standby mode, but wont install the update untill you put the disc in and load the game. This is normal.

If your games are digital it will (should) download AND install the update whilst in standby.
