Digital download game on another gamertag

I purchased a digital copy of Forza 6 and installed it a year ago.

I now want to change my gamer tag email, but the process is to complicated.

I created a new gamer tag from scratch with a new email and deleted my old one.

However, I cant download Forza 6 again with the same code.

Is there a way to transfer my game from one account to another?

You can use it on different consoles, pretty sure it's OK to do but see the following for more info -

Nothing can be transferred between accounts. If the account that owns Forza has the console set as its Home console, you'll still be able to access the game from the new account.

Although his gamertag will not be in use anymore - I want to play fifa on my gamertag as ofcourse I want to move my UT to xbox one etc.

I think I might to go buy fifa again... should have just got a physical copy.

Should work fine without his gamer tag as long as it's the original console it was downloaded to

I would say it will be the same as the 360, if it's the original console the game was downloaded to it should work fine without his gamer tag, however if it's not a it re downloaded onto another console he would have to be signed for you to play, hope that
makes sense,
