Digital Download Copy not showing up in my game profile

Hi All

I bought digital copy of Titanfall 2 and for whatever reason it is not showing up in my games profile. I have a physical disk that I use when playing on my console but purchased the digital copy so I can play on my computer and allow my sibling to play
on the console. Not sure what I'm missing here.

Have you tried going to the store on your PC and downloading it from there? Since you already own it on your console it may not show up there.

Were you logged into the correct Microsoft Account?

How did you buy it? If you bought it on the web site and then check your console, you should see it available in the My games & apps - Ready to install section on a console where it isn't already installed. I don't know if it will show up on a console that
already has the game installed (eg your physical disc version), you may simply find that you can now start that game without having to insert the physical disc any more.

The web site store should show that you own the digital version of the game on the Microsoft Account it was purchased on and allow you to install it on your PC if it is an Xbox Play Anywhere title.

Is it a play anywhere title? I'm not sure it's even available on PC.

Oh, I see. You want to purchase a digital copy of the game. There is no download button for it because it hasn't been released digitally yet. Keep an eye on the marketplace for it to show up for purchase.

What game did you pre-order? We do not see any recent MicrosoftStore.com physical (disc) purchases.

I preordered NBA 2k17

It was supposed to be a hard disc copy, but it showed up in my games section on my xbox for download? So it ended up being the digital copy that I received. At the time I didnt mind the mistake, but now someone is saying that digital copies dont count towards
bonus credits??
