Digital Download Code scratch off

Hi there I accidentally scaratched off a code for a digital download that came with my Xbox one. I spoke to support and they told me my best bet for some help was here.

I Bought Black Friday Bundle From Microsoft.com Wheres my Downloadable Games???

All games are digital and will be located on scratch cards found within the box. Find those cards, scratch them and enter the codes to download the games.

Barrel - There are 2 code on your scratch card. Please scratch the entire area to find the game download code.

Help with missing code in my bundle

Ok, first off it would be helpful to mention which bundle you purchased.

Inside the box should be a card with a scratch off area with a code on it. You would enter (or scan the code using Kinect) and then download a digital copy of the game.

Unfortunately we aren't able to replace codes here on the forums. If the code was scratched off, your best option is going to the retailer you purchased from for an exchange or replacement. Thanks for your understanding and patience!

Do you mean 19 digit code then the scratch off one? As mine has a 19 digit code then next to that is the scratch of thing. Am on the game.co.uk website now I have clicked on the gift card option and it wants a digit code and a pin code. When I click on info
it says Your 19 digit gift card number and 4 digit pin code on the back of the gift card. Not sure if I have the correct card you see.

No,you don't get a disc & a code when buying disc based games.

Codes in stores are usually just a card with a scratch off code on it.

Some dedicated game shops do sell empty games cases so you could get the digital code on a card & put the card in the empty box.

just be aware though that it can take longer than usual to download digital games over the xmas period due to the amount of people with new consoles downloading stuff.
