    Digital copyright licenses

A few years ago I purchased digital copies of Far cry 4 and Assassin’s Creed 4. Since then i’ve gameshared with my friend, who also owns these games with different copy right licenses (disc for Far Cry, and digital through live gold for AC). His licenses
have overwritten mine, so now I can no longer play Far Cry (because the console expects a disc when I don’t have one) and I can only play AC because i still have live gold (i can verify this because the game has the little gold symbol on its icon). If anyone
knows how to recover my original licenses that would be greatly appreciated.

    :)

    banned gamer tag and licence

a digital download is a license not a car this is upheld by the international laws on copyright not to mention your ratings body

    you don't own the content

    you cannot resell it

it remains the property of the developer

its more like your drivers license

you have permission as long as you follow the rules of the road to use your car

if you break the contract between you and ms is like breaking the rules of the road

you lose your license and you may not use your car or in this case your license for the DLC

courts recognize copyright law and network rules

live life and play fair and you will never get baned

    Code of Conduct for Gamerpictures

    Like i said licensed content

Pretty sure they mean personal.pictues not copyrighted ones

The terms of use does not allow copyrighted content to be used unless licensed (marketplace) pretty sure there is a Scooby do game of some sort

    xbox app gamerpic question?

No copyrighted pictures or not family type i donno how difficult that is to understand

If you want to use copyrighted stuff use licensed gamerpics from.the marketplace

Xbox One TV tuner record live tv?

There are licensing and copyright issues for that, so its unlikely to happen, but might.

Backwards capability and how slow it is for it to bring more games out on the xbox store

It all has to do with game licenses and developer approval and Copyright issues.
