Digital Copy of Fallout 4 Won't Launch

I bought Fallout 4 in November and played it extensively through January. I stopped playing for a while and didn't attempt to play until today after I had downloaded the new DLC. After I downloaded the new DLC, I went to launch the game. I click on the icon
and nothing happens. So I uninstalled it then reinstalled it and once again it wouldn't launch. Finally I did a hard reset of my Xbox and yet again it didn't start. I feel like I wasted $10 on this DLC because now I can't even play the base game anymore. Anyone
have any idea how I could fix this? Thanks.

Have not received Fallout 3 code

I pre-ordered Fallout 4 and received it on it's respective launch date of November 10th, 2015. I pre-ordered my digital copy of Fallout 4 and put in my code for Fallout 4 around the eighth. I played it day one. Still haven't received my code for my copy
of Fallout 3 for free. Please help! I got it from GameStop.

Free Fallout 3 copy with digital purchase of Fallout 4

Date Of Purchase : January 24th 2016

Issue: Other, purchased a copy of Fallout 4 advertised in a bundle pack with Fallout 3 on the Xbox Store however have not recieved a code and cannot download a copy to my XBone.

Sorry to hear Fallout 4 isn't launching! Is there an error code that you are getting? If so, that would be good to have just in case! Also, when you mentioned you hard reset your Xbox One console, did you factory restore your Xbox One console through 'System
settings'? Last question, is Fallout 4 installed on the Xbox One internal HDD, or an external HDD that's plugged in?

Let's begin by holding the power button until your Xbox One console fully powers down. Once the Xbox One is powered off, unplug the power cord and let the console sit for 3 minutes. Once the 3 minutes pass, plug everything back on and power on to test the
results.

Once we have that extra information, we'll be able to help narrow down the issue!

I'm having the exact same problem! I do not want to factory reset my Xbox. Please help us fix it another way.
