Digital code issue

So I feel like I got taken advantage here. I bought a digital code for Assassins Creed Rogue on amazon like I’ve done before. Once I received the digital code, I entered it into my Xbox one app. Once it was entered I received a successful messages followed
by a page time out error. So, I tried to find some sort of support to contact Xbox. I used that bot messager to finally send me to a real person. I tried explaining it to them however, he just kept saying that it was activated under another account. I only
have one account that I used for all my purchases. I don’t know what I can do now. There’s has to be something I can do.

Issue: My code is a US digital code but my account is a GB code and I cannot redeem it

Issue: I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 19 calendar days.

There is currently a service alert up related to purchasing content which could be the issue - Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage

I would wait for that to clear up and then check for it again. If it still doesn't show after that, you'll want to try contacting support again.

Is it a 9 digit code or a 25 digit code? 9 digit codes are for microsoftstore.com. You would have to make the purchase there and it gives you the option to add a promo code during checkout. You would have to contact their customer support for issues with
entering the code.

25 digit codes are Xbox codes and would be redeemed to your account before you make a purchase.

It's a 9 digit code. When I go the Microsoft store site and try to purchase it, it brings up the store app from windows 10. There is no place to enter the 9 digit code. only the 25 digit ones
