If your console is saying the code is invalid, verify that it is a legitimate code and that you entered it correctly when redeeming. Make sure you're not confusing similar looking characters/digits.

If it said the code has already been used, please provided the source in which you received the code. You may need to contact the retailer about receiving a replacement code. Also check your purchase history to ensure it wasn't successfully installed during
one of your attempts, thus providing an error in subsequent attempts.
