    Hello. So I recently purchased Prince of Persia (2008), since it's backwards compatible & currently on sale via the 360 store, and now my xbox one x won't acknowledge this purchase (I've already been charged) or allow me to download the game. It simply states that it's 'not currently available'. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi and thanks for reaching out. I hope you’re doing well. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you and I'll be happy to help you.

    We need to verify if your transaction for the game is successful by signing in at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. If it's successful and is showing as "Completed", kindly try to resync your Xbox profile to your console by following the steps below. Make sure that you know your account logins before doing these steps.

    REMOVE PROFILE:

    To remove a profile: From Profile & system, select Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select a profile, then select Remove.

    POWER CYCLE CONSOLE:

    To restart your console: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller, and then select Restart console > Restart. To power cycle your console if it's frozen: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller for 10 seconds. Then press the Xbox button on the console or on your controller to turn your console back on.

    RE-ADD PROFILE:

    To add an Xbox profile to a console, press the Xbox button to open the guide and go to Profile & system. Select Add or switch, and then select Add new and follow the instructions.

    The Force Unleashed II does not download to xbox one in Israel

    Digital download, I see the game in my download queue in the xbox site but i dont see it in my download queue on the device itself or in the ready to download area.

    Is it possible that the game is not backwards compatible in Israel? so it doesnt download to my xbox one?

    Alright, Using my account, I accessed the DLC content in my profile under "my games." It detected that Zombie Island and the Secret Armory content were already owned, and It gave me the option for downloading them. I did so, and it told me that it would
    be added to my download queue if they were backwards compatible. But they will not show up in my queue. Borderlands itself is backwards compatible, and it appears that Claptraps robolution DLC is as well, but now my question is: Is the other DLC not backwards
    compatible? Because It will not download.

    The games that would show up in your ready to install would be games that are considered backwards compatible and able to play on the Xbox One.

    Looking at the list at the following site neither one of these games are on the backwards compatible list and this is why they are not showing up as being able to be downloaded to your Xbox One
