    Digital Art Bad?


    So I made a digital art that I loved so much that I wanted it to be my gamerpic for Xbox, It wasn't breaking any rules or "xbox code of conduct" but, soon as I uploaded I got a messaged from Xbox saying they were going to put me on a enforcement because it was inappropriate? I didn't know having art of something you like was that bad. Also when I went to submit a case review I never got anything back from the team for almost a year now. I guess The Xbox team hates creativity but are okay with Spam accounts showing people with naked parts out covered with One emoji.

    It depends what the piece of art shows, unfortunately all you say is that "its something you like" if you like Coca Cola you can just make a picture of a Coca Cola can and use that as Coca Cola is a separate company and Microsoft doesn't allow you to use trademarked images (logos etc) Another example would be of a cartoon character, even if you made the art work yourself, its a trademarked character and Microsoft doesn't own the licence, therefore you can use the image in your profile.

    All media is art. I agree to that. It doesn't imply that all art, strictly by being art, is of highest quality. There is bad art. And even lesser forms of art. In that context, I'm not sure where I would place ME, but it is still most definitely, art.
