Sounds like your DHCP server may have assigned your xbox a new IP address. You should be able to log into your router and check that IP address. You may consider setting a static/reserved IP address that way it will always be the same.

Just to add that possibly the easiest way to broadcast your PC gameplay currently is to use Twitch.
