    Difficulties logging into my microsoft


    Hi Ive recently upgraded from my ps4 and I was logged into my microsoft account but when I went on ps5 it said for me to sign in and so I tried but it didn't work I'm almost 100% sure I have the right email I remember going into my setting on minercaft and going into account info and it said my email . I'm not sure why it's not letting me log into my microsoft . I tired going on the ps4 again to see the email but it got logged out of my microsoft account aswell any help would be appreciated

    I've had exactly same problem that started yesterday too (23/1/18). Ok for solitaire but getting same connection problem messages. Then today got this message

    There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Sudoku. Please check the Microsoft Sudoku FAQ at and refer to error code 000021
    It came up in the ! News for Microsoft Sudoku box. I tried looking up the code but it didn't have it on the support site.

Is this the only game giving you this issue? If yes, have you tried uninstalling and installing the game?

    yes. I can log into just about any other Microsoft service without any difficulties. I run into the problem while trying to log into Windows Live while playing Section 8: Prejudice
