Differing Release Dates; Planet Coaster Console Edition

Because Microsoft only sell console versions of Planet Coaster, whether it's Deluxe, premium, or Console Version. To play on PC, you need to buy from either Steam or Frontier (which is a Steam version anyway) as confirmed by the official planet Coaster site:

Because it's up to the developer what system/s they release their games on not Microsoft. The developer in question here is Frontier Developments - they are also its publisher https://www.frontier.co.uk/

So far this game is only available for Windows PCs.

It's pretty much a mouse and keyboard game on the PC. Perhaps making it work for a controller would be too difficult? I'm not sure. There are certain advantages to only releasing your game on Windows, the big one is that there isn't a license fee to pay
to release your game on Windows.

Actually I'm gaga about Final Fantasy XV. Square Enix finally announced an official release date for later this year! Initially called Final Fantasy XIII Versus in 2006!!!!! it's been like the longest game ever in development by Square Enix. I haven't pre-ordered
it yet though. I'm also interested in Recore, but I'm still consumed with Planet Coaster and Minecraft that I haven't wanted to pre-order it. I can always get it when it releases.
