    So I'm getting 2 subscriptions taken from my account, all though my previous (360) and new (one) should be the same email address/bank account etc. Any way I can find out what the other account is and maybe get it refunded?

    Your brother may need to clear the cache on his xbox. Or he needs to check and make sure he has enough memory.

    True, they cant just be swapped to another account for any old reason. But in this case support may be able to help.

    Ohhh...ugly. Well, yeah you are right...it was wasted. At least on his console...you should get one and then you could download the profile to it!

    I was signed in on my friend XBOX. He just bring home new code card for GOLD and without checking - redeem code in XBOX. Unfortunately it was not his account. Problem is that I personally don't own XBOX so this GOLD in is just wasted.
