    Different problems, but cannot log on to jigsaw


    Logging into Jigsaw has been troublesome for the past few days, culminating yesterday in not being able to log on at all, It seems that there are many of us with the same issue(s) I get a different error code each time, please see photo's

    I have 'reset' the apps, I have logged out and in of Xbox, I have checked for updates etc.

    I would very much appreciate you expediting a resolution for these issues.

    Since an automatic windows update, Microsoft jigsaw no longer works. I have un installed and re installed the game and it makes no difference. It will not let me log in using my Xbox player number and therefore I have lost all my collections and all of my
    coins.

    Can someone please help me? What do I need to do so that the game will work again. Solitare, majong and all other Microsoft games were unaffected and continue to work correctly

    I'm having similar problems Jigsaw gets to the point of signing in then sticks - forever

    Mahjong logs in fine

    I can log into Xbox.com - no problem

    All Windows update completed

    MS Jigsaw reinstalled

    Chat with Xbox support - doesn't want to know as I play this on Windows 8.1

    Anybody got any ideas as from the look of this forum Microsoft don't seem to actually do much

    Problems logging in to Xbox with Microsoft Sudoku

    For two days I have the same problem. No problem with Solitaire Collection, Mahjong or Jigsaw, but cannot login with Sudoku. Uninstalling and new installations also do not work.

    I am having the same problem loggig oto Microsoft Jigsaw. I can log on to Microsoft Solitare, Sudoku and Mahjong as well as Magic Puzzles. I log into all with my Microsoft log in and on the main Microsoft site. Please help.
