    Hi

    I'm was about to buy Shadow of Mordor because the store on xbox.com says it costs $10.99 (10.47 euros). but when i look on my xbox one it says it costs $ 23.06 (21.99 euros). Why this big difference?

    Hey Ernest -

    Is it possible you're looking at the prices for the different versions of the game? On the website I can see that the

    Xbox 360 version     of the game is $10.99 while the
    Xbox One Game of the Year     version is priced differently.

    If that is not the situation, could you provide us with screenshots of what you are seeing please?

    The price is not the issue, its my old gamertag, its saying choose a different one, but the tag i am trying to retrieve is not active.

    Totally. It would justify the price tag if they were customization through Xbox themselves. Such things as gamer tag on d-pad disco ball pad. Even just down to the controller software named with your personal name (in settings). Some different colours
    would look great on the elite and totally justify the premium price

    Rampant i think they just mean that it wouldnt go under different tags just normal games still the same prices but without the XBLA and normal games its all under the same tag. If that makes any sense? :p
