    Different billing dates in xbox app and in account info


    Hello, so i discovered something odd in the xbox app on windows. The date for subscription renewal in Xbox (beta) app is 4/30/2020 and for the same account in the account info (https://account.microsoft.com/services/)
    is the renewal date 4/23/2020. Will someone fix it?

    I know a friend who was billed as he was targeting for the date in the app and he was billed on the date that is in acc info.

    Hey Borys Per xbox's billing policy your renewal date is different from your billing date. It's possible you still have time to avoid a decline on your account. Now if your billing date hits you will be headed towards an account suspension due to non payment.
    And the 1 months are non refundable too.

    Hey, tuffgGUK!

    Your billing date may be different than your renewal date. You billing date for every subscription you will ever have on your account is established on the numerical date that you created the account, say April 12th.

    I would definitely check your account for the subscription history and see how your billing correlates with the renewal date to see if this is something that was regularly happening. If you can't get it figured out, Xbox Customer Support is really good at
    explaining these things.

    Auto renewal is off But still charging my debit card.

    All accounts have a renewal date and a billing date. The renewal date is the date your subscription actually renews for an additional 1, 3, or 12 months. The billing date is the day charges are sent out. One time charges are billed on the day of purchase,
    but subscriptions go by the billing date.

    My guess is your renewal and billing dates are different and you never noticed it before. You can either call support or check billing.microsoft.com to confirm this.

    hello, first, the cards do not expire. second, there could be a problem with your billing account. go to commerce.microsoft.com to update billing info and check that everything is filled and up to date.
