    I think demand on servers is so high just now you would experience connection difficulties with lots of massive online games. I think patience is the only way with these problems just now.

    Yes they have been struggling with servers being overwhelmed from so many people home and on games right now. It's not just you, and hopefully the issues will be fixed soon as lockdowns ease up and people go back to work/school.

    I checked Twitter and Downdetector and it seems you aren't the only person having trouble connecting to EA servers, it should be resolved soon enough.
