One S upgrade promotion and 25$ gift card status

Hi,

I upgraded to a new XBox One S from microsoftstore on 26th December. My order status shows 25$ store credit is completed but I haven't received any code yet. Should I do anything from my end to receive the 50K promotion credits?

50,000 Rewards Credits for purchasing an Xbox One S

So last week I did purchase a new Xbox One S and knew there was a 50k Reward bonus BUT the Xbox One S model I wanted was sold out on the MicrosoftStore.com website so I found it locally in a MS store near my house. Is there any way I can get my 50k credit?

Technically I did but a XB1s from Microsoft so I would think I'd be eligible for it. I can provide a PDF of my receipt as well...

I can confirm Smwutches' response. If you do not see your Credits after 15 business days, let us know and we will investigate!

The credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the console ships.

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing 5,000 pending first. Once you have at least 5,000, they are automatically deposited by the following
15th or 30th of the month.

Ah right, well I also saw the one about upgrading worth 30k reward points. I thought that was for current XB1 owners upgrading to XB1-S and the other that I mentioned worth 50k for 360 owners upgrading to a brand new XB1/XB1-S.

Not exactly their finest hour in clarity. Still I expect some points coming my way as the offer was the only reason I chose to upgrade and buy it direct from Microsoft - even if its the lower 30k amount.
