Didn't redeem my rainbow six Vegas 2 code and I can't find it.

I had recently pretty ordered siege and I got both the codes for Vegas 1 and 2 I only redeemed one apparently even though I entered both codes. Turned out they were Identical codes... So anyways I have a life and I haven't been home for a long time, due
to work. And I tried to find a way for the support team over the phone to fix it but they said there was nothing they could do. I can't go back and check my messages for some reason. If anyone can help I'd love you long time.

Missing Vegas 1 and 2 Codes

Hello i have received my rainbow six vegas 1 and vegas 2 code from xbox live in 2 messages but the vegas 2 code is the same code as the vegas 1 code. ive been on xbox live support chat with Mac and been told to post my problem here.

Hello,

I digitally preordered Rainbow Six Siege and today I received codes to redeem Vegas 1 and Vegas 2 for 360. I redeemed the first code fine but the code for Vegas 2 was the same key as Vegas 1 again.

I contacted support who directed me here to be able to get a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2 for 360.

Hy ... I've got Siege and I actually redeemed the code for Rainbow Six Vegas but I can't do the same with the Vegas 2 one. Please help me. What was wrong with those Vegas 2 codes ?

I purchased the pre-order of Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one on September 24. As a bonus for pre-ordering this game, I was to receive codes for the two Rainbow Six Vegas games (1 & 2) playable on xbox 360.

I received 2 messages today, one meant for each game. However, the code in both messages were the
exact same, which was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1.

I have no code to redeem for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

Hello, i have received my codes for rainbow six vegas 1 and 2 via xbox messaging however the rainbow six vegas 2 code was exactly the same as the rainbow six vegas 1 code, which i have redeemed. could support help me with this issue please as i really would
have liked both games considering it was one of my main reasons for pre-ordering siege.
