    I did a cool trickshot in Fortnite and I put record what happened but it never recorded it took me 3 hours to do the trickshot, and I recorded what happened 5 min ago for good measures its only recorded 1 min at the wrong time.

    Hey, thanks for the response but unfortunately this didn't help, the record button is still grayed out, no matter what application i open and try to record on.

    What quality will the Xbox One record in?

    @anarchist you can only record 30 second clips. The console itself records a continuous 5 which at anytime you can say record that after a awesome moment and it will record the last 30 sec. If you didn't say record after 5 min that whole 5 min is deleted
    and a new 5 min cycle starts.
