    Didn't Recieve Rewards Yet for October Xbox Game Pass Goals or Gold Quests


    Hello, I completed the terms for the Xbox Game Pass Goals, and the Xbox Gold Quests, for the month of October, so I should have received a mystery reward for both. But I still haven't received anything, and since it's been over 4 weeks, I was wondering what
    went wrong.

    I received a Xbox Gold 1-month membership code for finishing the September Game Pass Goals, so I don't think it usually takes this long.

    I was and still am an active subscriber to both services.

    I played and earned achievements in 7 different games in the category required by the Game Pass Goals, when only 5 were required.

    For the Xbox Quests, I joined 4 different clubs, earned well over 1000 Gamerscore in that month, and logged in almost everyday.

    I'm sure my account will reflect all of my progress, if you need to confirm that.

    All prizes for any Xbox Quest or Game Pass Goal will deliver 30 days after the conclusion of the promotion. For the November Game Pass Goals, all rewards will send by December 31st.

    Never Received October Quest and Game Pass Goal Rewards

    I contacted support through chat about never receiving either of my reward for Quest or Game Pass Goals for October. Since joining Game pass was one of the Quest requirements, I joined and then downloaded and completed the Game Pass Goals as well. Support
    basically said waiting until the end of the month of November and I still haven't received them in my notifications.

    Xbox Live Quests

    For Xbox Live Quests (not Game Pass Quests), you must complete the three goals to earn a reward. There are some Game Pass Quests where you can complete one goal to earn a reward, but completing all goals will increase the value. Hope this helps clarify,

    If you participated in the October Xbox Quest and completed each of the 3 objectives , rewards will take up to 30 days to be delivered. In this case, all eligible customers should expect to see their rewards near the end of November.

    I believe he is talking about the Game Pass Goals, not the October Xbox Quest.
