didnt recieve my halo wcs pack

i had downloaded the halo wcs pack off the store while it was available but i was never able to access it on halo 5 i had contacted xbox customer support about this and was told to post here about it

Where is my voices pack from Halo WCS

It has been over a week and I have still not received my voices pack from watching the Halo WCS on mixer.

You might need to watch the whole stream again for the pack to show up within the game based on the player's feedback @ HaloWaypoint forums.

 

i had watched the whole thing the pack is no longer in my installed or ready to install some of my friends only watched half an hour of it but still got it

The WCS pack was available to be downloaded from the Xbox Marketplace during the World Championship and a while after, however the link from the marketplace seems to have been removed so the item is no longer available.

 

I had downloaded it off of the store but when I went onto the game it wasn't in my open packs area

 

Did you make sure you were signed into the right Microsoft account when you downloaded it ?

 

Yea I was on this account it was in my installed when I went to manage game just never actually appeared on halo
